Mixed sizes are handled honestly: the first image sets the frame, every other image is fitted inside it centred — never stretched — with your chosen background filling the rest. The palette is computed from your actual frames, so photos keep their colour. Everything is assembled on your device by FFmpeg in WebAssembly; nothing is uploaded and there is no watermark. My images are different sizes — what happens?

The first image sets the shape of the GIF; every frame is fitted inside it, centred, with your chosen background colour filling the rest. Nothing is ever stretched or cropped.

What speed should frames play at?

0.8–1 s per frame reads as a slideshow; 0.3–0.5 s as a fast loop; 0.1–0.2 s approaches motion. The preview replays the real file after every change, so tune it by eye.
