and generate several strong passwords at once. Each is drawn from the browser’s cryptographic random source, and a
strength meter estimates the entropy so you can see at a glance how hard it would be to guess.
Crucially, the passwords are generated entirely in your browser and are never transmitted or stored — which is the
whole point of making them here rather than on a server. Length matters more than symbols: a long passphrase beats a

What makes a strong password?
Length matters most. The strength meter estimates entropy from length × the size of the character set you enabled; aim for “Strong” or better, and prefer a longer passphrase for anything you must memorise.
