Reddit banners are unusually wide: the new layout shows community banners 1072 px wide and 128–384 px tall, so a 1920×384 (5:1) file covers every layout; profile banners are 1200×400 (3:1). Community icons (300×300) and avatars (256×256) are displayed as circles and capped at 500 KB. Post images display largest at 4:5 (1080×1350); 16:9 (1920×1080) also works, with a 20 MB limit.
Every Reddit size on this page, verified for 2026: Post image 1080×1350 px (4:5 · under 20 MB), Landscape post 1920×1080 px (16:9), Link thumbnail 1200×628 px (1.91:1), Community banner 1920×384 px (5:1 · shown at 1072 px wide), Profile banner 1200×400 px (3:1), Community icon 300×300 px (1:1 · circle · under 500 KB), Profile avatar 256×256 px (1:1 · circle · under 500 KB). Each card is a live preview of your image in that frame — drag to reposition, slide between Fit (whole image, background added) and Fill (frame covered, edges cropped), then download the one you need or every size as a ZIP. Nothing is uploaded; the rendering runs in your browser.
For banners, use Fill and drag so the subject is in the middle — the left side sits under the community icon on many screens. For icons, keep the logo inside the central circle; the corners are cut off.
