MP4 to MP3 converter

The soundtrack out of any video — lecture, interview, music — as an MP3 made on your own device.

MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG… — or drop a video (MP4, MOV, WebM) to extract its audio · nothing is uploaded

MP3 conversions run instantly in your browser — nothing to download. Other formats use the FFmpeg engine (31 MB, once).

Bitrate

192 kbps is transparent for most music; 128 suits voice; 320 is the maximum.

Runs in your browser. Files are never uploaded — you can go offline after the page loads.

How to use the MP4 to MP3

  1. Click “Choose Files” or drop your images into the box above. Whole folders work too.
  2. Adjust the Advanced settings if you need to, then click “Convert”.
  3. When the row shows Done, click “Download” — or “Download all” for a ZIP.

Easy to use

Drop files, pick options, download. Whole folders at once, no signup, no daily limit.

Best quality

The same engines the professionals use — SVGO, resvg, MozJPEG, libwebp, libavif — compiled to run in your browser.

Private & secure

Files are processed on your device and never uploaded. Close the tab and nothing remains anywhere.

This page opens the Audio Converter pre-set to MP3 — drop a video and only its audio comes out. FFmpeg skips the video stream entirely (-vn), so extraction is fast even for long recordings.

Lectures for the commute, interview audio for transcription, a song from a clip you recorded — all without the video leaving your device.

This is a pre-set view of the Audio Converter. Every option in the toolbar can still be changed.

Frequently asked questions

Does the video get uploaded?

No — and for video that matters doubly: files are big and often private. FFmpeg runs in your browser; only the audio track is decoded and re-encoded, so even long videos extract quickly.

What bitrate for extracted audio?

128 kbps for speech (lectures, interviews, podcasts); 192–256 kbps for music. The MP3 cannot sound better than the video’s own audio track.

Can I extract from YouTube?

This tool converts files you already have. Downloading from YouTube is governed by their terms — that part is on you; once you have a legitimate file, extraction works.

Other presets

Your files never leave your device

Most online converters upload your file to a server. InfyTool ships the actual encoders to your browser as WebAssembly instead, so processing happens inside your tab — faster for batches, and nothing to delete afterwards.

  • No upload, ever. Turn off Wi-Fi after the page loads and every tool keeps working.
  • No limits. No file-size cap, no queue, no watermark, no account.
  • Runs on your CPU. Batches use several cores in parallel; nothing is throttled.
