Quiet recordings, fixed properly
The phone was far from the speaker, the meeting recorder was set low, the voice memo whispers — boosting volume is the most-needed audio fix there is. The Normalise mode does it the professional way: it measures the whole recording and raises it to the loudness streaming services target (−14 LUFS), while a true-peak limiter stops anything distorting. The manual mode boosts by exact decibels when you know what you want.
Honest physics note: audio already at maximum cannot get louder without distortion — normalise avoids that trap by design. Everything runs in your browser; recordings never upload. Pair with the Joiner to even out levels before merging tracks.
