Not here. The JPG bytes go into the PDF exactly as they are — the page displays your original file with no re-encoding. Converters that show a quality slider for JPG input are re-compressing your photos; this one does not need to.

Because nothing was recompressed — the PDF is your photos plus a few kilobytes of structure. If you need it smaller, compress the JPGs first with the image compressor, where you control the quality trade-off.
